This work is an attempt of an artistic representation of time during a protocol of 40 continuous hours. To achieve this artistic performance an ink pad is attached to the large hand of a mechanical clock positioned horizontally above a sheet of drawing paper. With each passing minute, the clock drives the ink pad which will draw a circle on the sheet which will gradually thicken with each revolution of the dial. The resulting drawing will be a circle whose line will be exactly 40 hours thick.
